Writer, Maureen Connor, accompanied by husband, Vincent Pommel, and Kahuna, Kamahele, continues on a planned several week tour of the four major Hawaiian islands. Secretly, in the evenings, she and Kamahele go into the past to visit with HUNA founder, Max Freedom Long. Her conversations with him, at all important intercepts, span fifty years. They begin with Long’s graduation from Los Angeles State Normal School in 1917 through the publishing of "THE HUNA CODE IN RELIGIONS" in 1965. The trio is followed during all their island travels. Their pursuer is Tony Krill, who is determined to find out about the secret goings-on that he might use to his advantage. A final confrontation on Kauai nearly costs Maureen her life.
