But Queen Gallia’s assassins have unwittingly set in motion a sequence of events that will plunge the empire into peril, as well as endangering the King of Dura himself. When an invading horde of barbarians sweeps into Parthia from the north and crushes everything in its path, Pacorus is once again forced to unsheathe his sword.
But old allies cannot be relied upon and Pacorus is not the great warlord of old. With an untrustworthy high king and a cunning adversary to face, he is soon faced with his greatest challenge: saving the Parthian Empire itself.

BLOG POST > #FEATURED #KINDLE #BOOK ● ▸▸▸Nailed by Tara Wyatt

From award-winning author Tara Wyatt comes a sexy contemporary standalone romance set during a steamy Boston summer.

If smartass carpenter Adam Hennessey hadn't stood up Charlie Grant over a year ago, he might not find himself on the other side of a slammed door. But when Adam volunteers to repair Charlie's deck as a favor to a friend, that's exactly where he finds himself. Does he regret standing her up? Yes. Does he find the cynical, sarcastic sports journalist unbearably sexy? Also yes. Does she hate his guts? All the yes.

Charlie's not the forgiving type, especially after a broken heart in the past has left her jaded, but she can't deny that Adam, with his beard, tattoos and panty-melting smile (oh, and muscles--can't forget to mention the muscles) might just be winning her over. With a second chance on the line, Charlie will have to decide if getting nailed by the smoking hot carpenter is worth the risk.

Blog Post ➡ #KINDLE #BOOK ➡ The New America by P. H. Figur

In 2045 after WWIII, America experiences widespread death and destruction. Almost half the country flees to a safe zone between the Mississippi River and the Appalachian Mountains. The government establishes a new Capital in Nashville, Tennessee. This is “The New America.”

At the time, the country was governed by four powerful men known as the “Presidential Caucus”. James Martin, who sat on the Caucus, was a closet totalitarian who anointed himself as America’s Dictator. To get his way, James balanced multiple personalities, colluded with foreign governments, murdered friends and enemies, and threatened almost everyone who got in his way. However conquering America was just a stepping stone to his goal…to become the most powerful man in the world.

While the country was secretly losing control, A.J. Robertson leads a team of Navy SEALs to confront James Martin and his army to try and save the country. Will it be too late to save the nation from tyranny? It all comes down to a single confrontation. The outcome can only be black and white. It’s freedom or suppression. It’s kill or be killed. There is no middle ground. A.J. and his team of Navy SEALs don’t know if they will be successful, but they do know failure is not an option.

Conrad and the Sword Brothers are now masters of all they survey. The crusader state they have created by the sword is strong and prospering but peace is only temporary. The riches of Novgorod, now threatened and weakened by the Mongols, is an irresistible target for Bishop Hermann and the Papacy, leading to a new and bloody crusade against the Russians.
For Conrad the appearance of an enemy from his past will reawaken old wounds and a thirst for revenge. But his actions will have a catastrophic effect on the Sword Brothers and will set in train a sequence of events that will lead to a final confrontation between East and West on the frozen surface of Lake Peipus. This battle will be a defining moment not only for Conrad Wolff and the Sword Brothers but also for European history.
This, the final volume in the Crusader Chronicles series, sees Conrad and the Army of the Wolf embark upon their final, fateful campaign.
