- But I’m a balloon just like you, it said hesitantly to the round balloons that were looking from up high and were laughing at it. It was different from the rest, with a rare, almost gold colour. It had every right to be proud of its appearance but it had yet to realize how beautiful and special it was.All of this though, up to the point that…
On the weekend I looked for a new book. I always read the description first because, you know, I won’t read just any old thing. So I read the description for this book and thought it looked okay, so then I read the online sample and laughed so hard that a little bit of pee came out. Okay, a lot of pee came out. ALRIGHT! I PEED SO MUCH I HAD TO CHANGE MY PANTS! There, are you happy now? It’s funny, okay? And it isn’t all about vomit and farts either (okay, a lot of it is about vomit and farts, but what’s wrong with that?)
*Every Monday at school, Reggie writes an essay that begins with “On the weekend…” WARNING: You might want to have a spare pair of undies handy while you read about Reggie's weekends.*

BOOK DESCRIPTION
This is a collection of stories that I made up for my two children, James and Sam, to stop them getting bored on long car journeys. They are mostly silly, inspired by whatever we were doing at the time. All the stories are made up on the spur of the moment. There's no planning before and no changes after. They are just there to pass the time of the day. I forgot some of the first ones I told because I did not write them down (so nobody will ever know the one about the giant or the one about the comet). That's why I decided to put them in a book. Now, I can easily tell them again, and maybe other children will enjoy hearing them too.
A secret treasure is hidden deep inside the mysterious Peppa Mansion! Chompy, Salty and Weiner set out to solve the mystery....but will Candybar shake up their plans?
Volume 2 in the "Chompy & the Munchy Bunch" series
Terry should never have been in the middle of Crow Wood that night - then the Torus couldn't have taken him. But he was, and it did. Now he finds himself in a strange new world, with no hope of getting home again unless he can find the seven tumblestones. New friends Gwen, Meeshka and Polka will help him solve the riddles, left by the mysterious Stranger - but the Baron's secret police are closing in fast. The key to the mystery lies in the mountains of the far north, where the 'Watcher' is waiting. The friends set out on their desperate quest, but it soon becomes clear that there is a deeper mystery behind the hiding of the stones, and an even deadlier enemy is just waiting for its chance.
Chompy, a carrot with superpower eyesight; Salty, a potato chip who's a bit of a slob; Candybar, a chocolate bar who plays rotten pranks; and a haunted mansion where it all comes together.
These are the main characters in THE SECRET FORMULA, the first book in a series called Chompy and the Munchy Bunch.
When Chompy learns about an ancient carrot formula that gives super-powered eyesight, he knows he must find it! But the journey leads Chompy and his pals to the mysterious mansion of Doc Peppa, where strange things begin to happen.
