โ—โ— New Release โ—โ— FEATURED PAPERBACK & KINDLE BOOK โ— โ–ธLeft Imperialism: From Cardinal Richelieu to Klaus Schwab by Gary Gindler

"Gary Gindler's book is indispensable for those trying to understand the evil forces and foreign ideologies trying to destroy America today"- Roger Stone

Left Imperialism is an exercise in a novel field: ideology archaeology.

Is the United States Constitution conservative or liberal? Where does the conservative-liberal dichotomy originate? Are American conservatives related to British conservatives or not? Who are the anarchistsโ€•left-wingers or right-wingers?

Left Imperialism offers the answers to these questions and many more, taking on a spectrum of ideologies from a brand-new evolutionary perspective. For example, the book traces the origin of many standard political termsโ€•like "left-wing" and "right-wing"โ€•from their inception to the present through all their perturbations. It also examines in distinctive detail political movements like Conservatism, Fascism, Liberalism, Marxism, Anarchism, and many more, from as far away as Cardinal Richelieu's epoch through World War II and into the present.

The book's narrative has one overriding theme: the evolution of freedom.

Left Imperialism presents a novel concept in political philosophy called the "individual-state paradigm," which generalizes and extrapolates the Right-Left distinction.

Constantinople 1302.
Luca Baldi, a young shepherd, is catapulted into the violent world of mercenary warfare when he is forced to flee his native Sicily. He falls in with the Almogavars โ€“ ruthless mercenaries from the Catalonia region of Spain who have just finished butchering the French during a 20-year war on the island. He and they take ship to Constantinople when they are hired by the Byzantine emperor, whose empire is disintegrating in the face of remorseless Muslim advances.
Alone and marooned amid danger and violence and surrounded by enemy forces, Luca must master the Almogavar way of war to survive. Plunged into the brutal world of Medieval warfare when the mercenaries take the fight to the emperorโ€™s many enemies, can Luca live through fighting impossible odds as he battles to preserve a crumbling empire that has stood for a thousand years?
โ€˜The Black Sheepโ€™ is the first volume in the Catalan Chronicles, a Medieval saga set in the early 14th century. Maps of the Byzantine Empire and western Anatolia at this time can be found on the maps page of my website: www.peterdarman.com

โ— FEATURED PAPERBACK & KINDLE BOOK โ— โ–ธโš”๏ธ Kingmaker (Alpine Warrior Book 6) by Peter Darman

Triumph and tragedy are two sides of the same coin.
Leon Muller is now the most powerful man in all Wallachia, more powerful than its king and stronger than the man who hired him to win the crown of that kingdom: Prince Vlad Dracula. But pride comes before a fall and as the divided powers of Western Europe prepare to face the might of a ravenous Ottoman Empire, all Leonโ€™s plans and dreams turn to dust and he is forced to walk another path. That path leads to him taking part in a battle that will decide not only the fate of Wallachia and Hungary, but all Western Europe as the sultanโ€™s mighty army prepares to crush its enemies underfoot.
Greatly outnumbered, abandoned by their allies and isolated, Leon and John Hunyadi, Hungaryโ€™s greatest warlord, muster their meagre forces to draw a line in the sand, which the sultanโ€™s hordes must not cross. The scene is set for the most decisive battle of the age and the greatest test of Leonโ€™s veteran army, a force that has been forged on the anvil of adversity and has never tasted defeat.
โ€˜Kingmakerโ€™ is the sixth volume in the โ€˜Alpine Warriorโ€™ series โ€“ the story of Swiss soldier Leon Muller in the wars of the 15th Century when Europe was torn apart by civil, religious, dynastic and imperial conflicts. Maps of the Ottoman Empire, Wallachia and the siege of Belgrade are available to view and download on the maps page of my website.

๐ŸŒฐ๐Ÿ”ช In January 1919 tank bursts in Bostonโ€™s North End, flooding the neighborhood with molasses. When a woman is found murdered in the wreckage, Frances Glessner Lee asks her old friend, medical examiner Dr. George Magrath to help exonerate a young serviceman. Heโ€™s a resident at the home for returning soldiers on Beacon Hill that Fanny has come from Chicago to manage. Frustrated by her lack of education and skills, she wants to clear the young manโ€™s name and find the killer. Will creation of a miniature crime scene lead to the truth? Itโ€™s the best she can do.

This is the first in a series of fictional stories roughly based on the Nutshell Studies of Unexplained Death. Over twenty miniature crime scenes were used from the 1940s to the present to train police detectives. Set in the 1920s, these stories imagine Frances Glessner Lee working with Dr. George Magrath to learn about โ€œlegal medicineโ€ as forensic science was known at the time. Working with Magrath provided the foundation for the miniatures for which Frances Glessner Lee has become known as the Mother of Forensic Science.
