BLOG POST ➣ Featured 99¢ #Kindle Book #Deal ➣ Principles of the Kingdom: God's Success Principles by James M. Becher

Do you know what it takes to be successful?--to succeed in business as well as in life itself? In this Biblical self-help success book, the author contends that God has several principles, which if followed can lead to success either in business or in life itself. He further contends that although many of these same principles may be found among the motivational speakers and thinkers of today and yesterday, that they were originally derived from Holy Scripture, whether or not these spokespersons are aware of it. He points to Jesus' parables to show that not everyone who preaches or practices Kingdom principles will be found to be in the Kingdom at the end.  The 17 chapters of this book contain 17 articles relating to 17 of these principles.
     · Knowing you purpose · forgetting the past · conquering fear · believing · focusing · sowing and reaping · resting and 10 others. (For a complete list of the principles included in this work, check the "Table of Contents.")

BLOG POST ➣ 99¢ #Kindle Book #Deal & Avail Kindle Unlimited ➣ A King Under Siege by Mercedes Rochelle

2019 B.R.A.G. Medallion Honoree.

Richard II found himself under siege not once, but twice in his minority. Crowned king at age ten, he was only fourteen when the Peasants' Revolt terrorized London. But he proved himself every bit the Plantagenet successor, facing Wat Tyler and the rebels when all seemed lost. Alas, his triumph was short-lived, and for the next ten years he struggled to assert himself against his uncles and increasingly hostile nobles. Just like in the days of his great-grandfather Edward II, vengeful magnates strove to separate him from his friends and advisors, and even threatened to depose him if he refused to do their bidding. The Lords Appellant, as they came to be known, purged the royal household with the help of the Merciless Parliament. They murdered his closest allies, leaving the King alone and defenseless. He would never forget his humiliation at the hands of his subjects. Richard's inability to protect his adherents would haunt him for the rest of his life, and he vowed that next time, retribution would be his.

BLOG POST ➣ Featured 99¢ #Kindle Book #Deal ➣ Earth and Beyond: MedSci Missions 1 by Wendy Gamble

*Note* Parts of this novel describe a fictional pandemic (caused by aliens). Some might prefer not to read this novel at this time. For those who would like to, I've temporarily reduced the regular price to .99 to help ease isolation boredom.

Earth had achieved a semi-utopia until aliens destroyed the peace that took decades for hacker revolutionaries to build. After a bizarre robot occupation leading to all-out war, humanity was left with a deadly alien pandemic. Their possible salvation lies in a team brought together to search for a solution beyond the stars.

The mysteries of genetics and microscopic entities, along with the wonders of the future surgical scene are at the heart of their quest, with the soul coming from each specialist’s own talents for using them.

As their journey into deep space begins they encounter obstacles and battles of wills as they strive to survive the harsh and not-so empty space on the way to their distant goal. Together, the hand-picked team deals with technical problems, illness, personal issues, and secret elements of Earth’s warring bio-tech ideologies as they kick off their mission to save Earth.

This novel is enhanced with black and white interior illustrations.

The paperback has info boxes with excerpts from a glossary of terms. The full glossary is available on the website at https://medscimissions.wordpress.com/

This is the first book in the opening trilogy of a science fiction space adventure.

All’s quiet at 318 White Ash Lane—which is good. Billy could use some quiet. He’s got enough trouble paying off his bills, keeping his cat fed and healing the ribs he bruised in a wreck with a Honda.

But maybe this is just a bump in the road. Maybe all he needs is a few weeks to heal up before he gets his life back on track. Fate, though, has another plan for Billy. That plan’s name is Jenny, and she hits a lot harder than a Honda.

Book 1: 2019 B.R.A.G. Medallion Honoree.

Richard II found himself under siege not once, but twice in his minority. Crowned king at age ten, he was only fourteen when the Peasants' Revolt terrorized London. Book 2: If you read A KING UNDER SIEGE, you might remember that we left off just as Richard declared his majority at age 22. He was able to rise above the humiliation inflicted on him during the Merciless Parliament, but the fear that it could happen again haunted him the rest of his life. Ten years was a long time to wait before taking revenge on your enemies, but King Richard II was a patient man. Hiding his antagonism toward the Lords Appellant, once he felt strong enough to wreak his revenge he was swift and merciless. Alas for Richard, he went too far, and in his eagerness to protect his crown Richard underestimated the very man who would take it from him: Henry Bolingbroke.
